The Cliniko provided integration to Xero Accounting can only map one Cliniko instance to one Xero Accounting organization. It also does not support Xero Tracking Categories for splitting revenue and costs by Cliniko location or business within a Xero organization. We support both situations. We’re also flexible and happy to discuss sharing the software development costs of meeting other unique needs such as batching payments by day.
